Level 1: Introduction to Islam – The Basics of Faith

• Duration : 2 months (2 hours per week)
• Objectives : To familiarize children with the foundations of Islam, basic beliefs and practices.
• Content :
  1. Introduction to the 5 pillars of Islam (Shahada, Salat, Zakat, Sawm, Hajj) and simple explanation of each pillar with stories and practical examples.
  2. Learning the first surahs of the Quran (Al-Fatiha, Al-Ikhlas) and daily invocations (before eating, before sleeping, etc.).
  3. Introduction to the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him): the key moments of his life told in the form of simple stories for children.
  4. Teaching core Islamic values: respect, honesty, generosity, and kindness towards others through interactive activities and anecdotes.
